Morph, Configurator & Vanilla updated to version 1.00RC4

We’ve just updated the downloads with new versions (RC4) of Morph, Configurator & Vanilla. There were a couple of minor issues that popped up since the last release so we want to be sure and give you guys to do some testing over the weekend, before releasing the stable version early next week.

Configurator component updated to 1.00 RC4

• Fixed conditional option for child menu width in the Menu Settings tab
• Fixed issue with themelet settings being activated after page reload instead of before reload.
• Fixed the login overlay spacing.
• Fixed an incorrect function typo with the top save button preventing the overlay from closing.
• Removed unnecessary javascript for the themelet switching via the drop down as it has been removed.
• Removed the Select Themelet dropdown option from the General Settings tab.

Configurator is one of Morph’s methods of control. Plainly put it is a Joomla! component and is used to manage most aspects of Morph. You can customize everything from your sites logo, colors, performance options, blocks and more. Download the Configurator component here

Morph template updated to 1.00 RC4

• Added the edit icon on blog & frontpage article views.
• Fixed an issue with the ui.js not being loaded when js unpacked.
• Rewrote the frontend article editor & set both sidebars to hide when editing. See screenshot
• Removed some themelet specific js from the core.
• Tweaked the section list html overrides.
• Tidied up the templates xml options.
• Fixed a javascript conflict with the scroll to top plugin.
• Added line breaks to the packed version of the js to make debugging easier.
• Fixed the outer sidebar “outer0″ suffix used to collapse the outer sidebar on any page.

The Morph template is where most of the the heavy lifting is done. Think of it as the engine of a car, while the themelets are the sexy body work. Download the Morph template here

Vanilla themelet updated to 1.00 RC4

• Updated the back to top link color.
• Fixed the Facebook “share” icon.
• Updated the themelets xml to include most of the options.
• Tweaked the top User1 module spacing.
• Tweaked the login module button spacing.
• Fixed the Facebook “share this” icon position.
• General layout tweaks.

Vanilla is a themelet for Morph and will act as the starting point for your own custom themelets. Download the Vanilla themelet here
