New product updates: Morph, Vanilla and the Quick Installer
Happy Thanksgiving folks (for those of you that celebrate it)! We’ve just updated the downloads with new versions of Morph, Vanilla and the Quick Installer.
We’re still working on the update to Configurator, so we’re holding off on the release until the new editor functionality has been stress tested. In the mean time, here is a list of the updates. Enjoy!
PS, Andy is wrapping up the finishing touches to the new LeBlanc themelet and it will also be available a bit later today ;)
Morph template updated to 1.04
- Extensive updates to the overrides to the multilingual capabilities in Morph.
- Fixed the SimpleTicker js error via templates packed javascript.
- Set the accordion chrome to only take up the necessary space by default.
- Fixed the DevBar validation errors and dded tooltips to the labels.
- Fixed the login module override missing a closing label.
- Fixed the issue with the themelet.js not being included.
- Added html override template for the JoomlaWorks SimpleFeed Reader module.
- Updated Morph vars to include check for when menu is in toolbar position.
- Added jEvents to the mootools inclusion list.
- Added the ability to use images and text in the main menu’s with left/right alignment and the ability to hide the text using a menu suffix of “image-only”.
- Added an option to disable the pathway text.
- Added new option to disable the credits or copyright text.
- Changed the template archive type to zip (testing to see if we have any issues).
The Morph template is where most of the the heavy lifting is done. Think of it as the engine of a car, while the themelets are the sexy body work. Download the Morph template here
Vanilla themelet updated to 1.03
- Fixed the SimpleTicker css.
- Tweaked the default search module and added a search icon to the input.
- Basic tweaks to accommodate the language updates.
- Added a first and last class to the SimpleSocial module for better styling.
- Tweaked the “email article” popup styling.
- Updated the styling for H4’s in modules for better consistency.
Vanilla is a themelet for Morph and will act as the starting point for your own custom themelets. Download the Vanilla themelet here
Quick Installer updated to V0.02
- Installed the SimpleFeed Reader module from JoomlaWorks.
- Fixed the polls missing table sql error.
- Upgraded the SimpleTicker module.
