New versions of Morph and Mocha

Happy news for all users of the Mocha themelet, one of our most popular themes: we just released an updated version!

At the same time, we released a new version of the Morph framework! For details about the Morph updates, and downloads, see this blog post (on our new Morph dedicated site).

Mocha themelet updated to v2.0.1

Tweaked Mochas css for the SimpleTicker module.
Disabled the preloader plugin by default.
Changed the default logo type to text.
Updated Mochas demo sql with a fix for the top search position.
Moved some css3 css to the vendor specific css files.
